The Ramangwana Board has taken a deliberate strategy to sink more shafts and complete the shuttering in order to take advantage of the upswing in the mining sector. This will create mining safety and more employment opportunities for the restless youths.

Emirates Global Aluminium is the world's largest 'premium aluminium' producer and the biggest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside oil and gas. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi and owned by Mubadala Investment Company and Investment Corporation of Dubai, EGA employs over 7,000 people globally.

Ramangwana Mining is a Zimbabwean mining enterprise founded by Isaac Simbarashe-Jr Mugwagwa, a Director of Philadelphia Innovations. The company has established itself as a key player in Zimbabwe's mining sector with a strategic focus on shaft sinking, shuttering, geological surveys, drilling, blasting, and project evaluation.

Since 2016, Ramangwana Mining has pioneered specialized training programs including the Mines Blasting License (MBL) and Full Blasting License (FBL), creating valuable career pathways for Zimbabwean youth.
